All our bookings / tariffs are in 3 time slots. 

8am - 1pm  (please book 8am - 12.45 on booking page)

1pm - 6pm  (please book 1pm - 5.45pm on booking page)

6pm - 11pm  (please book 6pm - 11pm on booking page)

How to make a booking

We use the online system, Hallmaster, for our bookings. To request a booking please use the calendar below, following these instructions.

Click the + symbol on the date and room you wish to book. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the diary to find the room you would like to book.  If you are making a booking request for the first time then the sytem will require you to enter your contact details and create a password, which allows you to track your booking status along with any changes, view your invoice and see any payments linked to your booking. 

 

Your booking request will be sent to the bookings manager whole will issue you an invoice. Once the payment has been received your booking will be approved and you will receive an email informing you that your booking request has been confirmed. 

When you have made your booking please ensure that you send your bank details to bookings@normandyvillagehall.org.uk to ensure deposits are returned.
