How to make a booking
We use the online system, Hallmaster, for our bookings. To request a booking please use the calendar below, following these instructions.
Click the + symbol on the date and room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time then the sytem will require you to enter your contact details and create a password, which allows you to track your booking status along with any changes, view your invoice and see any payements linked to your booking.
Your booking request will be sent to the bookings manager whole will issue you an invoice. Once the payment has been received your booking will be approved and you will receive an email informing you that your booking request has been confirmed.
